Averquo Services · Gender Pay Gap Action Plan

Give us your organisation name. We build the first draft.

No long discovery form. We start with your public gender pay gap filing and public website information, then structure the draft around current government action-plan guidance.

Checkout asks for your organisation name and email. That is normally all we need.

What we do

Most of the information already exists.

We use the organisation's latest public gender pay gap filing, previous filings where useful, public equality or people policies, careers information and other relevant public evidence.

  • Summarise the published pay gap and workforce data
  • Identify relevant public evidence about existing practices
  • Select suitable actions from the government's recommended action set
  • Draft action-specific explanations and a supporting narrative
  • Propose measurable ways to track progress
  • Flag anything that needs employer confirmation rather than guessing

Why now

Action plans are voluntary now, with a proposed 2027 requirement.

Current government guidance says employers with 250 or more employees can publish a voluntary action plan alongside their gender pay gap data. Subject to legislation, action plans are intended to become mandatory from spring 2027.

At least two planned actions

Government guidance says employers must choose at least two actions that are new or in progress: at least one addressing the gender pay gap and at least one supporting employees experiencing menopause.

Employer approval still matters

The employer remains responsible for checking accuracy. Private and voluntary sector submissions require a named responsible person.

Almost zero-input workflow

Pay once. We do the research.

1

Name + email

Stripe collects your organisation name and email at checkout.

2

Public research

We gather the published filing, trend and relevant public policies ourselves.

3

Draft plan

We prepare the structured actions, supporting narrative, measures and review prompts.

4

Final check

You confirm private/internal facts and the responsible person before using or submitting it.

If your checkout name does not identify one public employer confidently, we send a secure one-field link asking only for the exact employer name shown on the government service. The draft then resumes automatically.

See before you buy

We have made the output structure public.

See exactly which sections we populate, what comes from public evidence and what we deliberately leave for employer confirmation.

Averquo provides a researched draft to help an employer prepare its action plan. It is not legal advice, HR consultancy, certification or a filing service. The employer is responsible for checking that all statements are accurate and for approving and submitting its final plan.
