Methodology

Recommendations come from structured records and deterministic rules. Generative prose is not a ranking input.

Landlord software

1. Filter against explicitly requested features.
2. Apply ownership and self-managed/agent-managed requirements.
3. Calculate annual cost from the verified base price, included tenancies and additional-tenancy price.
4. Order by requirement coverage, budget fit and calculated cost with a stable ID tie-break.

Unknown prices or features remain UNKNOWN and cannot silently count as a match.

Dashcam hardwiring

1. Match manufacturer and model exactly against stored claims.
2. Return VERIFIED only when a first-party source names the camera-to-kit pairing.
3. Preserve explicit exclusions as NOT_COMPATIBLE.
4. Return UNKNOWN when no authoritative pairing is stored.

Vehicle make, model and year are collected only to frame the unresolved installation check. No vehicle fuse compatibility is inferred.

Commercial relationships

Affiliate availability and commission do not change recommendation ordering. Sources and verification dates stay attached to records.
